ThaiBody organizes Thailand's first Internet competition for Thai bodybuilders!

What is Spot4Gold?
The ThaiBody Spot4Gold Competition is held on our website, www.thaibody.com. The competition does not feature any weight, height or age-classes, and nor do we distinguish between men and women. Instead, we have a single category in which you compete: the athlete with best “blog”.
How do I “blog”?
In short, we give you a spot on www.thaibody.com and ask you tell about your daily activities. You may write about your workouts, favorite exercises, your diet, a movie you saw, your gym, the supplements you use, a book you read, etc. You may add photos and videos, and discuss your activities with other athletes and ThaiBody members.
How do I win a prize?
Every visitor of www.thaibody.com may vote for their favorite blog, comments, photos, videos, etc. We collect all votes and determine the most popular blogs. On the last day of the competition, athletes with the 10 most popular blogs will go to the final. A jury, headed by Khun Supawarikul, Secretary General of the TBBA, will study the 10 popular blogs and decide which athlete has the best blog.
What are the prizes?
ThaiBody gives away the following prizes:

| 4th | 5,000 | Baht |
| 5th | 2,500 | Baht |
| 6-10th | 1,000 | Baht each |
In addition, Thai Sports Supplements will award all winners a special prize.
Can I participate and how do I apply?
Any Thai male/female bodybuilder, body-classic, fitness or body-fitness athlete, who competed in a TBBA sanctioned event in 2006, 2007, 2008 or 2009 may apply. You must be at least 18 years old on April 19th, 2009. To register, visit www.thaibody.com and look for the Spot4Gold logo. Registration starts on January 1st, 2009 and ends on April 18th.
When does the competition start?
The ThaiBody Spot4Gold Competition starts on April 19th, 2009 and ends on May 17th, when the 10 most popular blogs will be announced. On May 24th, the jury will announce the best blogs and their final ranking. The award ceremony will take place soon thereafter.
