The 2008 Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships were held in Hong Kong from July 15-20.

This DVD, the third of three from this event, features the 2nd Asian Men Fitness, the 21st Asian Men Junior, and 10th Asian Men Master Bodybuilding Categories:

Men Fitness

Men Bodybuilding Juniors

- 65kg, with winner Krit Pumsirikul (Thailand)
- 70kg, with winner Sepha (Vietnam)

Men Bodybuilding Masters
- 55yrs, with winner Pala Meechai (Thailand)
- 55yrs+, with winner Tam Ka Keung (Hong Kong)

Each of these categories start with scenes from the pre-judging round, showing all participating athletes. The final round features the individual posing routines from the finalists, comparisons, posedown and victory ceremonies.
