Cookie can't be set?
For cookies to work your browser needs to be configured to accept cookies or that you agree to accept cookies from ThaiBody during the Sign In process. To change your cookies setting consult the Help facility of your web browser. If problems remain, you should check the following:
1) Check to see that your computer system time is accurate. Cookies are time sensitive and may not work if your computer date is incorrect by a large amount.
2) Re-configure or turn off any third party programs or control panels that automatically reject cookies.

How do I Sign Up?
Click the link "Sign Up" at the right top corner.
What if I forgot my Sign In information?
If you forgot your Password or Username you can retrieve your account information through selecting "Forgot your Password" on the Sign In page.
Trouble Shooting
How do I play the video clips?
In some cases, your web browser may already contain the plug-in for the player to view the video format. If you're having trouble viewing video, you may be required to download new or updated software.
Windows/Mac Users:
Use the button on the right to download the latest version of the free QuickTime player. The latest Mac OS has the QuickTime player already on board.
Linux/UNIX Users:
Support of the QuickTime format for Linux/UNIX systems is in development by third parties.

Webpages aren't working?
If features of webpages don't seem to work, you may have turned off the use of JavaScript, or you may have blocked pop-up windows in your browser for this site.

Why can't I see pictures on your site?
1) If you are using the Firefox web browser you could have blocked images from our domain. Right click on the location that should contain an image and unmark the "Block Images from www.thaibody.com" option.
2) If you are using the Mozilla web browser you could have blocked images from our domain. Right click on the location that should contain an image and select the "Unblock Images from this Server" option.

Why do many pictures look dark?
We recommend calibrating your monitor so you can make out the difference between all of the grayscale blocks pictured below.
To make the most of viewing images on this site you should be able to see the difference at least between X, Y and Z and ideally A, B and C.
