The 2008 Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships for men and women were held at the Tseung Kwan O stadium in Hong Kong, China.
The competition consisted of:
42nd Asian Men Bodybuilding,
25th Asian Women Bodybuilding,
21st Asian Men's Junior Bodybuilding,
10th Asian Men's Master Bodybuilding,
10th Asian Ms. Fitness,
5th Asian Body Fitness,
2nd Asian Men's Fitness.
