The bodybuilding and fitness event at the Thailand National Games in Phitsanoluk was kicked-off with a team meeting chaired by the Secretary General of the TBBA, Khun Sugree Supawarikul. He laid-out the general rules of the competition and announced the upcoming Spot4Gold Competition, organized by ThaiBody in February next year.

Three classes did not make it due to lack of competitors. These were the competitions for the Men Bodybuilding 90kg+, Women Bodybuilding and Women Fitness 164cm+. In the afternoon, the weigh-in was held for all competitors in the remaining 13 categories.

The official opening ceremony of the bodybuilding and fitness event will start at 15:00 tomorrow. The competition itself will begin an hour later at 16:00 with the pre-judging of the 7 Men Bodybuilding categories.
