Elizabeth Rohde of Carver, USA, took up the sport at age 53 (!) and two years later is a full-fledged champion bodybuilder.

“I want to be like a sculpture,” she said. “I think you can accomplish that ... I cannot give it up. I’m addicted. I love it. I just love the sport.”

Now, at 55, she’s not sure how much longer she can keep up the regimen, but she doesn’t even think about it.
