Singapore will host the South East Asian Championships in the following 2 categories:

- SEA Men Bodybuilding Juniors Championships
- SEA Men Bodybuilding Masters Championships

Each category will have a 60kg, 70kg and 80kg class.

The pre-judging and finals will be held at the 1,700 seats, beautifully laid-out University Cultural Center (UCC) located in the campus of the National University of Singapore.

Tentative Program:
2 October - 09:30-18:00 - Pre-Judging of all Categories
3 October - 14:00-19:00 - Finals of all Categories

These championships will coincide with the WBPF World Men's and Women's Physique Championships and the Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships (remaining categories).
