ในการจัดการแข่งขันชิงถ้วยแลซฟอร์ดคลาสสิค 2553 ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดที่เคยจัดมา ด้วยจำนวนถึง 135 ของนักกีฬาเพาะกาย และ ฟิตเนส ที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันเพื่อชิงชัย 16 เหรียญทอง นี่ยังไม่นับรวมกับนักกีฬาอีกมากมายที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน กีฬางัดข้อ ในครั้งนี้ด้วย
A bodybuilding delegation from Iran was invited to compete, as well as athletes from Indonesia and Cambodia. The Asian 80kg Champion, Iranian bodybuilder Moharam Panahi, pleased the crowd by guest posing.
