As in the years before, the Latchford Classic took place at the Thai-Japan Youth Centre in Din Daeng, Bangkok, Thailand.

This edition was bigger than ever: we counted 125 individual athletes competing for a medal in 11 classes. The men's novice bodybuilding category saw an astonishing 45 new faces, including 4 men from Laos and 1 from Cambodia.
