Thailand National Games Pre-Selection Region 1 (2009)

Region 1 was holding its pre-selection for the 2009 Thailand National Games in Rayong.
Trang province will be hosting the 2009 Thailand National Games in September, which means that most athletes that compete in these pre-selections are still in their "off-season" shape. It is not always easy for these athletes to perform on stage like this, but they put on a brave face, show a big smile and do it anyway. However, at the National Games in 5 months time, these athletes will have undergone a transformation that only bodybuilders can pull off, providing some stunning before-and-after pictures!
