South East Asian Championships (2010)

As part of the 2010 Multi-Asian Championships in Singapore, the South East Asian Championships consisted of the following two bodybuilding categories:
- SEA Men Junior Bodybuilding Championships
- SEA Men Senior Bodybuilding Championships
Each category had a 60kg, 70kg and 80kg class.
