The 2010 edition of the Latchford Classic was the biggest ever. A total of 135 bodybuilding and fitness athletes competed for 16 gold medals, not counting the many arm wrestling athletes.

A bodybuilding delegation from Iran was invited to compete, as well as athletes from Indonesia and Cambodia. The Asian 80kg Champion, Iranian bodybuilder Moharam Panahi, pleased the crowd by guest posing.
